Prompt, efficient diagnosis of the problem. Very reasonable cost :)
The service guy was efficient knew what he was doing. He had my range door put back on in minutes and had my quote for the rest of my repairs in no time at all. He explained what i would need and how much it cost. He was polite and very knowledgeable.
We were served promptly and professionally.
Paul arrived on time, diagnosed issue with my dryer. Parts were ordered and follow-up visit was ahead of schedule. Dryer was repaired and is working. I would recommend and use Mr Appliance of Katy again.

What a great experience we had with Mr Appliance! Responded the very same day, diagnosed our issue immediately, and returned the very next day with the parts needed. Service technician was extremely helpful very friendly. The cost was absolutely reasonable. Highly recommend Mr Appliance.
