Great experience. Our service tech Syruss was on time, professional and got the work completed successfully and in a timely manner. It’s incredible the attention to detail that this Mr. Appliance location follows, with its in initial contact to its follow up to show a picture of the technician and texts along the way throughout the process…even after the service. We will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Bosch Dishwasher code E:25. Called Mr Appliance of KoP. Zach answered and was very customer friendly and polite. I explained my issue and he said that their was a technician in the area and would call me back if same day worked for me. Called back to tell me Carlos would be there in about half hour if okay. Carlos came on time, very friendly!!! We talked about what I had experienced, Carlos listened to me. He did some testings etc and said it was the motor that drains the water. The charge to come out ($150) would be applied to the bill if we decided to have Carlos fix it. We agreed and Carlos came the next morning and fixed our DW. They back up their work and warranty on the part for a year. I will definitely call Mr Appliance KoP again. Very professional, clean and polite. Many thanks to Carlos! (Fwiw, my 2 kitties loved Carlos and they don't like anyone, lol). Thank you again for the great Customer Service.

We were impressed with Mr Appliance, namely because of our technician Syrrus. He was communicative, friendly, efficient, and on time—even early on his return visit with the part he needed to order. We’d absolutely call them again if we need another appliance repaired. I’m hoping we won’t have to but, if we do, I hope Syrrus is our guy!

Syress came and helped resolve our issue very timely. I had purchased the washer repair parts ahead of time but was unable to complete the repair myself. Carlos initially came to diagnose the situation. He returned with Syress who had an alternative fix method. This saved the job tremendous time and saved us, the customer, hundreds of dollars! Syress clearly demonstrated experience while working professionally. Thank you for the help!

This is the 2nd time I’ve called Mr Appliance and Syruss has been by to address an issue. He was quick to diagnose the issue and had the needed equipment on hand to fix the problem. The experience couldn’t have gone better.
