I called for a relatively small problem - a broken ice maker. They were there the next day. The technician (Tim) was professional, knowledgeable and he gave me some great advice. No doubt I’ll call them again for any appliance problem!

Our service-tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue with transformer relays not turning on oven burners on one visit and fix it on the next. He also verified and adjusted the oven temperature (it was running low). They have a minimum service call fee, but if the cost is higher, the fee is applied to that cost.

One of the broiler elements in our Dacor double oven needed to be replaced. The technician and his assistant fit a great job for what I thought was a reasonable price. They thoroughly tested the unit to ensure everything worked as it should. We’re very happy with the results.
