Mr Applicance was easy to schedule and the customer service called to confirm my appointment and kept me informed on when my technician would arrive the day of the appointment. Devon did a quick check and he completed the repair in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them again and if needed will use them for service again myself.

So honest! Our dishwasher was still under warranty and they walked us through the whole process. They didn’t even push for them to still do the work. They’ve done other stuff for us in the past which is always top notch, but I was really impressed with them doing right by the customer versus doing right by their pocket. Would recommend to anyone!

The technician (a very knowledgeable person) knew the problem and proceeded to connect to the refrigerator to confirm that he was right. After testing he proceeded to replace the failed part and checked that other components were functioning correctly.

My daughter , gave me their card. When we had a problem with our stove, called, they made the appointment, was fairly placed. The receptionist was very helpful and very nice. The tech was very friendly and let me know parts would have to be ordered. Came back when he said. Joe was very friendly also. Will definitely call again.

I needed my clothes dryer fixed asap. I called and the person who scheduled the repair call was very kind Within 3 hours I received a text with the technician ‘s name and a photo of him which is nice to know for safety reasons. Todd, the technician, was professional and courteous and was able to repair my dryer to get me bs k to washing my clothes! I will call Mr. Appliance again if I ever need them.

I was having issues with my Washing Machine and called Mr. Appliance and Todd showed up. Todd was awesome, he went above and beyond and spent the time to fix my unit while being very informative. I would recommend Todd to anyone.

Repairman was great, knew exactly what was wrong, without even looking at it based on my description of the problem. In fact, he was so confident that he walked up to my door carrying the part with him. Took him maybe 25 minutes to get it done. Very personable also which is always a plus.
