Very successful experience with Justin and Rodney checking malfunctioning Dishwasher.. Following their review, dishwasher is now operating successfully and we await a look see from Authorized Whirlpool tech Supportas a follow up to determine if the check valve on the discharge of the washer is OK.

David was great. Showed up on time, called ahead as per my request, and diagnosed our refrigerator within minutes. Didn’t try to sell us a service plan, or try to put a bandaid on something that simply wasn’t going to work in the long run. Wished I had contacted them before I purchased any of my appliances from a retailer. Purchased a 5 year extended warranty on top of manufacturer’s, LG doesn’t stand behind anything. Had hundreds of dollars of food spoil and nothing. The first time happened when it was still in the manufacturer’s warranty. I didn’t even get 5 years out of this refrigerator.

The two individuals that came out to the house were very knowledgeable & got right to work. Job done within an hour. I would want them back again.

We had David and Rodney come out yesterday to check out our fridge that was no longer cooling. They were professional, friendly, and honest, explaining the issues and the fixes clearly. They were also not pushy at all when we decided that buying a new fridge would be more cost effective than fixing our existing one.
