John the tech made multiple trips to my house to diagnose a banging within my washing machine. He tried multiple repairs but unfortunately the issue was with the gearbox and replacement cost wasn't practical based on the value of my machine. At the end of it I paid a trip charge of 129 which was very reasonable based on the amont of work performed. I am confident in his knowledge and honesty and would recommend Mr appliance to anyone.

Repairman arrived at promised time and was very courteous and respectful. He answered all of our questions and made the needed repairs. Both of our refrigerators are working properly and we are very pleased.
