Very prompt and professional. Explained the problem and what the repair involved. They came out and repaired my dishwasher within 3 days of my call. Much much better than Pieratt’s.

Overall experience was great! Friendly and responsive when I called. Technician (Martin) was dispatched quickly. Martin was awesome... friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly diagnosed our problem with our dryer quickly. Bummer we had to order parts but the follow up on the needed return was flawless. Highly recommend Mr. Appliance!

Kept me informed of when returning with new part and coming back to replace new ice maker, I liked that courtesy along g with the time frame of hours between 3 & 4 pm, so my morning was free.
