I had a fabulous experience with Mr. Appliance! I asked them to fix three different broken appliances in the house we just purchased, and they came out right away to assess it. The appliances were older, so it was a complicated job, and they did a beautiful job making things work again. I would absolutely recommend hiring them to fix appliances; they are reliable and thorough.

I would like to add to my review that I remain extremely impressed with Mr. Appliance of Lexington. Tyler will take all the time necessary to find and fix the problem. Also, one thing that I am most impressed with is that he thinks outside the box. He is very knowledgeable and really examines every possible angle towards making the repair in question. Furthermore, he is very courteous and pleasant to his customers. I cannot recommend him enough! They were very responsive, courteous, professional and kept me up to date on their arrival times. They were able to detect a mild gas leak from my cook top that no one else was able to. I highly recommend them.

The owner Tyler came to my house and was incredibly warm, on time and thorough. He went the extra mile when he was here to make sure the dryer was n optimal shape before he left including doing some extra things he wasn't even there to do. He left the place clean and did a good job describing what was going on and the costs to be expected. Loved the admin there who booked the appointment as well! Highly recommend!!!

Mr. Appliane, specifically Tyler, is a superb technician. Determined to save the homeowner unnecessary expense of purchasing a new refrigerator( in my case), he called several other technicians more experienced with 20 year-old fridges. Taking all apart, he discovered the problem, treated it, and lo and behold, my refrigerator is working beautifully with no leaks! I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Appliance​. Tyler​ – the owner,​ and another colleague came to fix our dishwasher. They​ were unbelievably friendly and​ spen​t lots of time identifying the problem. Tyler, is a totally great guy who went above and beyond including shoveling my steps ​(we are two elderly people​). I protested but he did it anyway. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance for their exceptional service and dedication to customers.​ They are great, you won’t regret.

Responsive dispatcher and fast, friendly service with - in my case - advice that repairing my old dishwasher would be a waste of money and so I was only charged for the service call.

Tyler was very responsive. He fixed a complicated problem with my sub-zero refrigerator and freezer. His price was competitive and her was very responsive. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

Tyler is great! Very knowledgeable and reliable. He is always on time and will do whatever it takes to fix your appliance. He was the only one who figured out what was wrong with my freezer and fixed it! Also fixed my dryer and my range. I highly recommend!

At last the microwave is fixed, all but how to set the time of day in the clock at the upper right. They were very nice and coopertive and did a good job installing it.

Honest and very helpful. I will definitely call them again when I need another appliance repaired.
