I was able to get a quick service appointment; the tech arrived on time; he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The price was fair. All around, an excellent experience. I’d call them again.

Dial timer froze on dryer order parts came back 5 days replace with new parts working good have 1 year warranty on new parts

Tech figured out what was wrong right away and even though it was the plumbing and not the appliance, he helped me shut off the water. Explained I should def call plumber asap. Called on way gave me time to put dog away. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. All over great experience.

The repair expert checked the problem out and suggested the repairs and cost. We decided not to go ahead, but rather let the freezer die. We are in a retirement community and the only residents that have a floor freezer. The repair guy was very good at explaining the problem and accepted our decision with grace.
