Jose not only did an excellent job on our dryer repair, but went above & beyond with sharing a lot of helpful information on doing needed maintenance on our washer & dryer. He was professional, highly competent, & friendly.
Kevin, our tech from Mr. appliance , was thoughtful and thorough. He was accurate in his assessment of our challenge with ice maker and feeder valve failure to our refrigerator. We enjoyed his quick and quiet approach to ordering parts and keeping us well informed. The prices were fair, the estimate accurate the work was above expectation. Even our filter was cleaned and cleared as an extra benefit. You'll be our first call whenever appliance work is needed. Thank you. And Thank-Kevin!

What a great company! I called Mr. Appliance of Littleton on a Tuesday because of some concerning scaping noises coming from our clothes dryer. I spoke with Valerie and she said that she could have Bryan come out the next day. She also very clearly explained (in a very friendly way) how their service fees work. The next day Bryan arrived right on time. He worked very efficiently and diagnosed the problem much more quickly than I expected. He provided me with a quotation that was reasonable, which I accepted. They ordered the parts and Bryan came back out on Friday to complete the repairs. He again efficiently completed the work and the scraping noise was gone. I was very impressed with both Valerie and Bryan and will definitely contact them again if we need an appliance repair. I highly recommend them.
