Mr. Appliance is a customer focused business. Their use of technology makes working with them very easy and convenient. I received emails and texts concerning my appointment and the technician’s picture was included. In today’s world that is a necessary feature, especially if I have to forward it to someone else in case I can’t be at home when the technician arrives. Marc was my technician and he was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. For payment, you get confirmation on the spot via a user code to prevent identity theft and future fraud. An added plus is their military discount program; honoring veterans is truly appreciated ☺️ From the moment I called until the job was completed, everything went smoothly. My dryer had been making a really loud noise. Jake diagnosed and fixed my dryer in about an hour. He explained everything he did and what the issue was. Cost was very reasonable. Thank you Jake with Mr. Appliance.
