Everything about our experience with Mr. Appliance was first-rate. Quick response and excellent communication in setting up our appointment. Our technician, David, was thoroughly professional. He was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He explained everything about the problem with our dishwasher and what he did to fix it, and he gave us advice for getting the best out of it going forward. Mr. Appliance will be my first call next time we need any appliance repair, and I’d definitely recommend this business to others.

My Bosch dishwasher stopped draining, and gave me an error code. The dispatcher took the info about the error code and the make and model of my dishwasher. David, the repair man, was on time. He was polite, and fixed my dishwasher quickly. Turns outs it was a broken piece of glass. David gave me a couple of tips on dishwasher maintenance. The price was very reasonable, and I was very satisfied with the experience. I would call Mr. Appliance again.
