My dryer broke over the weekend. I called and they were able to get someone out here to look at it by Tuesday which was awesome! Joseph was fantastic. My dryer drum had stopped spinning and he was able to quickly find the problem, explain it to me, and fix it. Turned out the belt had snapped. Thankfully he had another one on his truck. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any other appliance issues.

I had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. They were great on communication and explaining the troubleshoot process. The issue was found within minutes of walking into our laundry room & repair was minor & completed in less than 30 minutes. They also adjusted our venting & cleaned the lint build up. I would use them again & I will recommend to family & friends.
