Neal was great to work with, starting with the fact that he came with shoe covers, sounds silly or small but the number of contractors Ive had that get an attitude when I ask them to put on some (that i have at my front door) is crazy, so I really appreciated that! He was very nice, quick at diagnosing and fixing my washer issue and was sure to find the best price/option for the part I needed. The company is well organized and has great communication,10/10 recommend!

Neal was my technician. He was polite, and courteous. He seemed very knowledgeable about diagnosing the issue with my refrigerator. Because I was entertaining guest over the weekend and really needed to have the frig operational, he was able to get it working and came back the next week to complete the repair. Great customer service.

Mr. Appliance was recommended by my neighbor. The initial appointment and subsequent repair went very smoothly on our Kitchenaide wall mounted Double Oven. Communication was fluid and easy. Neal did a great job! Will use them again in the future!!

Our refrigerator ice maker stopped making ice during the middle of the holiday season. We did not realize how much we used ice until we needed to purchase bagged ice. Mr. Appliance responded the same day I contacted them and scheduled a tech visit a couple of days later. Their professional text service confirmed the appointment after it was made through their office. Another text confirmed the appointment a day before the appointment. Our technician (Neal) was extremely professional and analyzed the problem, ordered the parts, and had us up and running a couple of days later. We were very pleased with their thorough analysis, clean installation, and cost. We will certainly utilize Mr. Appliance again when needed.
