The technician was knowledgeable and solved our issues quickly and competently. It was a pleasure having him repair our appliance. I also called the company earlier in the day to see if I could get a text or call while he was on the way. Not only do they text but they have a tracking system. Anyway, their communication is great and I totally recommend using them. I know I will !

We had Bo. one of the repairmen to fix our refrigerator. He knew his job and was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions, while explaining the operation of the refrigerator. When we called the office, the girl on the phone was also very helpful. and extremely pleasant. An all around good operation.

Our technician wasted no time. Our refrigerator wasn't cooling. He found we needed a compressor fan. He ordered the part and picked it up within a half hour, installed it and was ready to go. The whole visit was within one hour.
