David was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He communicated with us to let us know his next steps. My wife appreciated that he brought a mat to place outside our door and put covers over his shoes before stepping inside.

Shawn called me ahead of time so I could put the pets away. I appreciated he put boot covers on to not track dirt in my house and he was able to get my washer fixed in a short amount of time. And my washer is sardined in a cubby, very difficult to access, and he was willing to squeeze back there and fix what was needed, and adjust/tighten a few things he noticed.

The technician is friendly and accommodating he made certain covered shoes when he came in and informed me of what he did and when the part would come in, I was contacted when the power came in as assembly was scheduled, and the washer is working perfectly now
