“My stove oven smelled with excessive gas since I purchased it during Covid. Gas fumes would burn my eyes. Two prior companies “fixed” something or said that the gas & CO2 was “within tolerance”. I couldn’t tolerate it anymore & called GE who referred me to 4 companies. I chose Mr. Appliance of Mentor based on the great reviews. He found that the air intake was all the way open since I purchased the stove! The flame sputtered due to too much air. My oven is much more enjoyable to use now. Thank you!”

“We called and were able to set up an appointment within less than a week ~ We knew upfront what the cost was going to be for the assessment, before they walked through the door. They explained what was broken and what the cost would be to fix it. They came back out within less than a week and fixed our washer, for the amount that they told us it would be.
