I am impressed with this team and the company. My husband and I will be recommending them without reservation to all friends, neighbors and on Nextdoor, which is my only social media. I first noticed a puddle of water beside our 10 yo Kenmore fridge's freezer drawer on our kitchen floor 7-10.days ago. At first I thought that our young granddaughter might have been "working" the water dispenser. Then it happened again when she wasn't here. After cleaning it up several times, and keeping an eye on the water dispenser, we realized we had a problem. I called three companies this week. The first was out of business. I had to leave a message at a second one. I waited for 15 minutes, then I called Mr. Appliance,. A LIVE person answered, no phone trees, no answering machine. She was awesome, asked questions, listened well, and had us scheduled for an appointment in less than 48 hours. She clearly explained all basic costs and my options for the costs for the call out. That was late afternoon on Monday and we had a very professional repair team on our doorstep shortly after 8 AM (as scheduled) today, Wednesday. Marty and Micah were a great team, very professional, explained the problem and the solution and took care of what needed to be done for the fridge in short order. I had also requested evaluations of our washer and dryer because of various noises and concerns, and frankly, they get used a lot and are no longer young. All of my questions were answered, and then some. Good advice was given, and I learned we likely have a good five+ years on all three of our appliances if we continue taking care of them. There was NO pressure to sign up for any service subscriptions, or unnecessary repairs, I was shown little tricks for taking shelves out that I was having trouble with, and the final costs were half of what I had anticipated. We couldn't have had a more professional, thorough, and all around really great experience. As I told Marty and Micah, I felt really blessed to have had the good fortune to have this company, and them in particular, arrive on our doorstep today. When appliances start having problems, it can be very, very stressful. This experience renewed my faith in people, and I KNOW when we have future appliance issues, that a call to Mr. Appliance will result in accurate cost/benefit analyses,as little stress as possible given the worries, and like-new appliances for as reasonable cost as possible. If they can't fix it, no one can and you can trust them to be honest. Thank you, Marty and Micah, and company. You guys rock!!

Very pleased with the service provided by Mr Appliance. They were timely, courteous, reasonable, and genuinely sought to solve the problem with my freezer while not incurring any additional costs. Everything is working again perfectly, and I will definitely contact them again in the future as my go-to appliance support.
