We were extremely pleased with every aspect of Mr. Appliance's approach in comparison with the high priced repair leader we have used in the past. The minimum service call was lower. They came the next morning instead of four days later. There was a two hour window, not FOUR! Vio, the technician, confirmed the evening prior and we were first on his list. He was professional and willing to answer our questions on avoiding dishwasher clogs in future! He laughed at our jokes and had the whole mess fixed in under an hour with several bits of great advice. If he is an example, we would recommend Mr Appliance highly. And PS our 10 year old Maytag is operating like new and we know what on sale / brand to seek next! It was well worth this service call.

Mr Richard was on time from Boise to Moho, courteous, professional and neat. He wore shoe covers without a request. He pulled the refrigerator onto a mat and he was thorough. He updated me along the way with what steps he was taking and what he was looking for and checking. He spoke with my warranty service (which was required for service call) after his diagnosis. He emailed me an invoice promptly before leaving the property. He was a delight and I respect his expertise and his professionalism. So refreshing for how things goes these days. I would recommend him if you need help with an appliance. If I ever need help again(I hope I don't), I sure hope I can get Mr Richard from Mr Appliance.

Our 15-year old Maytag dryer drum stopped spinning. Control panel buttons all working the same. Mr. Appliance was here within 36 hours and found a thermal relay had failed. First service call in the dryer’s history and a pretty inexpensive part. Most of the bill was labor to clean lint buildup in the dryer where we couldn’t easily access it. Cost us about 1/10th of the cost of a new washer/dryer. Back in business.

Absolutely the best service ! Vio was prompt and is very Knowledgeable ! He also explained the repairs and told us the price upfront and that he would schedule the repairs and parts ( ordered ) then also told us he would need a a rack holder that he brought with him for the microwave/ oven unit as Bosch units are attached together as one unit (700 lbs ) He also analyzed our refrigerator and ordered the compressor ! As the refrigerator quit working too ! Same week ! When it rains it pours ! So glad to have Vio here ! So I didn’t need to call for one more repair !

The gentleman looked over my machine and its connections, and then he looked and at my other appliances, just as a courtesy, and we found something was missing with my cooktop, so I ordered the part, free of charge from Bosch. Very appreciative of his knowledge and going beyond the one job he was called to do.

Mr. appliance came from Nampa to my home in Mountainhome, Idaho in just a short time looked at the freezer and determined what was wrong with it. He could not get the parts locally so he had to order them and he told me when he would be back and gave me a firm quote. I thought it was very reasonable and was happy to pay him. He was always on time and very friendly and patient. I would welcome him back anytime.
