After a disasterous experience with Sears Home Services, Mr. Appliance came in and fixed everything. They were timely, efficient and less expensive. DO NOT USE SEARS HOME SERVICES. We will choose Mr. Appliance every single time moving forward.

I recently had the heat stop working on my dryer and because of the area I am in it is sometimes hard to find reliable repairmen. I am glad I found Mr Appliance in Mount Pleasant. They are very professional and my technician Jackson was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue right away. I like that they confirm your appointment via text with the name and picture of the technician. I would highly recommend Mr Appliance for any appliance repairs you may need.

Robert has been excellent each time he’s been here. Through no fault of his own, he’s been here several times to diagnose and fix the problem but he has been very professional every time. 🤞🏻🤞🏻 it’s fixed now.

My washer quit working and Jackson came out to evaluate it. He quickly determined the issue (lid lock malfunctioning). The part was ordered and two days later I was good to go. Jackson was pleasant and professional and the office gal was amazing!!

Warren arrived at our house on time and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem and explained everything to us. He gave us different options. We would definitely use Angie again!
