We had Matt as our technician to fix our dishwasher. He was really nice and very friendly! He answered my questions about what was going on and explained to me the process he was going through. I'm a yapper so we chatted a lot about my cats and his cat before I decided I had bothered him enough and went and sat in the couch lol, but he was super nice and gracious the whole time! He also was very sweet to my cat who's very nosey and wanted some attention. And even better he fixed our washer on the same day. I ran the first load this morning and it looks great!

Matthew was great. He showed up at the time scheduled, explained everything he had to do, and what was causing the issue with my dryer. He did the repair and cleaned up everything. I would definitely call them again and recommend this company.

Ryan, my technician, was wonderful. Personable. Knowledgeable and helpful. He explained less expensive fixes for me on a couple of my appliances. He fixed the washer and kitchen appliances. The cost was much more reasonable than I was expecting. Would definitely use again.

Mathew T. was an excellent technician. He arrived on time. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot my washing machine issue and was able to correct and service it on the spot. He also cleaned our dryer vent, which was much needed. I highly recommend this company and the services of MathewT. He was A+++.
