I had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. My oven wasn’t heating and I use it multiple times a day, so this was a big deal for me. I called Mr. Appliance and they were able to send someone out (Jonathan) within two hours of my call. He diagnosed the problem and had my oven fixed by early afternoon same day. Jonathan was on time, friendly, and did a good job. I would definitely use Mr. Appliance again.

I had a great experience with Mr Appliance. I got an appointment quickly. They were able to fix my dryer and fully inspected the washer before recommending getting a new washer rather than replacing the more expensive part in the current one. I always appreciate that honesty. Friendly on the phone and in person. Will be calling them again if I need anything to be fixed in the future.
