I called Mr Appliance after talking to another service. Mr Appliance quoted a much lower service call price and said they would apply it toward the final cost. The technician was on-time and knowledgeable. Problem was diagnosed and fixed promptly at a fair overall price.

He gave me a quote on my oven repair (bad ignitor), and it seemed like a fair price. He completed the repair and cleaned up his work area once he was done. I have no complaints at all and successfully used my oven that same evening. Thank you!!
