Joe was efficient at diagnosing the dishwasher problem and repaired the electrical connection to make the dishwasher operational. He arrived on time and got to work right away.

Technician Skyler was on time. He is friendly and professional. He is knowledgeable about the appliance and found the issue on my dryer after a thorough examination. Also he changed the broken parts right away. I’m very happy with the service! Highly recommended!

I live in South Bend and needed my oven repaired. The explanation and workmanship were thoroughly professional. When I have an appliance break down, I will always be calling Mr. Appliance first to get a good assessment of the situation.

We didn’t know who to call when our Kenmore built in oven had a problem. I looked on line and called Mr. Appliance and they were able to come same day found the problem ordered the part and came back in two days to install the part. Everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend.

From the start on the phone trying to make an appt the lady was very nice and said she would call me back if the guy would come out today and she did within just a few minutes. Joe came out shortly after and was very helpful and nice. He fixed the problem that day! Highly recommend! Thank you and God Bless
