I called and spoke with a very nice gentleman who was able to get our Samsung dryer repair scheduled the very next day. The repairman, Christopher, diagnosed the issue quickly and provided the pricing up front. He had all the necessary parts on hand, explained the problem clearly and fixed the dryer in under an hour. Great service, transparency and communication…and cheaper than buying a new dryer! Definitely recommend.

I love that they send you a photo of the tech coming out to your house. Our tech was great he was very friendly and professional. He did a great job. I highly recommend this place for repairs.

Needed a dryer repair. Easy appointment booking and confirmation over text. Cameron was my technician and he was very knowledgeable, honest and kind. 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend and the price was very fair!

Quentin was Awesome, even though our Fridge had compressor failure he recommended buying a new one. Cost of repair much more than new one. Very nice person answering call and quick same day appt.

The Mr. Appliance Technician who diagnosed and repaired our dryer was a consummate professional. At the very beginning of the visit, I was impressed when I saw him put down a mat on my doorstep and then put on booties over his shoes; that is a level of respect for my residence that I had not experienced before and do appreciate. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue and obtain the needed parts to correct the problem. Even with today's skyrocketing prices, I feel that the repair cost was quite reasonable. I am appreciative of being referred to Mr. Appliance and I want to pass on that referral to you and give them a high recommendation.
