First off scheduling a visit was super easy. We called Monday and had a date and time scheduled for Thursday. We live on a military installation and they didn’t have any problems getting on post, so huge bonus. We were also asked if we wanted to be placed on the cancellation call list. We agreed and that was that. So Tuesday morning we get a call asking if we would be able to have a repair man come out to us that day. Really good timing for us and great follow through on the part of Mr. Appliance. Cameron was our repair man who came to fix our dryer. Right off the bat I knew things were going to be top tier. Before he rang our doorbell he had laid down a mat and put covers on over his work boots. That level of professionalism goes really far and I hope he knows that we really appreciated that extra show of effort. He found the problem in less than 5 minutes, gave me a breakdown of cost and parts, got the go ahead, and got the dryer up and running again. Overall he was here for maybe an hour, probably less. He then told me what I should be looking for on my end to see if there is a clog in the dryer vent, and if there is, knowing that military maintenance isn’t exactly prompt with coming to fix issues, showed me something easy, effective, and not very expensive that I could get to solve that issue on my own. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Appliance to everyone and anyone.

Excellent service. Prompt and friendly. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my Subzero refrigerator that required two visits, needed parts. There was quick follow up and efficient service.

Easy to make an appointment online. Got a call from the office that a tech was available to come out in the afternoon same-day. He was polite and professional, diagnosed quickly, and had the replacement part on his truck - so we got a same day repair too.
