Called Mr appliance to fix my upright freezer. They showed up the very next day 4 hours early(after they called to verify it was alright). Unfortunately the part that was needed was no longer available. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We've had the best experience with Mr. Appliance staff on more than one occasion. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and the absolute best to work with! A new tech was at my house this week for an issue with our washing machine. Her vast knowledge and professionalism was over the top! I recommend her to everyone! Every question I asked she gave the utmost professionalism when answering, she didn't give any indication I was wasting her time. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could! Give them a call! We had to wait a week for service, because they are so busy. Which I think is a good thing😉 The serviceman was professional and quick to find the problem. He fixed it and was on his way. We Have used them before and will continue using them.
