They fulfilled all the requirements of an appliance repair service: someone answers the phone, a repair person is dispatched within a reasonable amount of time, the repair person shows up within the stated timeframe, a reasonable estimate is made, the part arrives, and the repair person returns again in a reasonable amount of time within the stated timeframe, and completes the repair. I'm glad I found Mr. Appliance!
