Phil Young had much patience in working on our 6 yr old refrigerator thawing the drain line that was hidden to us. Our ice maker is functioning now & it appears the leaking water under the freezer has stopped. Thank you Phil!

Prompt service, adhered to appointment times. Tech was very friendly and courteous. Did an amazing job repairing our washer.
I couldn’t afford the service I needed so I haven’t actually used them yet, but on the phone Daniel was honest and straightforward, answering all my parts and costs questions when other companies I called wouldn’t even give me a ballpark repair price or part number even though we’d already done the troubleshooting. The service industry has become increasingly predatory over the years, and Daniel’s integrity, humanity, and willingness to work with me and help me solve my problem even when it didn’t directly benefit him was absolutely stellar, and deeply appreciated. Daniel had earned my trust, and renewed my faith in humanity a smidge, and he’s now in my contacts as the one to call with my repair needs in the future. I wish there were more humans like Daniel in our world.

I used Mr.Appliance for the second time. They will be my go to service for anything I need repaired when it comes to appliances. Daniel was my service professional and he is outstanding.
