Explained nature of problem with oven heating element and thermostat control board. Would ask for him by name if any other appliance work needed.

I’m always a bit leary of calling for repairs. But nothing to worry about with these guys. Miquel was prompt diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and was back promptly to install it. I won’t hesitate to use them again if I need an appliance repair. 5*!

I was having major problems with my stand alone Whirlpool ice maker. I had the pleasure of working with Dylan as a service representative. He went above and beyond wonderful service. He had to come three times to figure out what the problem was. Mr Appliance had to work with my home warranty company. They are not easy to work with! Mr. Appliance and Dylan stayed on top of things until the problem was resolved. I appreciate all they did to help me.
