Mohammed was wonderful. He was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and fixed my fridge. I highly recommend Mohammed and Mr. Appliance!
Despite the busy schedule for the day I called, Mr. Appliance was able to send a technician to our house to diagnosis the problem with our sub-zero refrigerator. Fearing the worst and envisioning have to replace our refrigerator which is an older model, Daniel was able to quickly determine the problem and ordered the parts for repair. He came back a week later with the parts and fixed the problem. What a relief. Daniel is very knowledgeable in his field and has a lot of experience working on sub zero refrigerators and many other brands. Great customer service!! Thank you Daniel!!

It was easy to make an appointment. Technician showed up on time - he needed a part which he ordered and got us rescheduled. He was on time for that visit too and the repair was done quickly and correctly.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Scheduling an appointment was seamless, and they sent someone out the same day. After dealing with multiple other companies that misdiagnosed my dryer’s issue and replaced parts at random, it was refreshing to see Sam take a methodical approach. He carefully inspected everything—from the circuits to the heating elements—before recommending the most cost-effective solution. It’s been years since I’ve encountered such honest, knowledgeable, and sincere service.
