******I am updating my review to change it from a one star to five star. Mr. Appliance did respond to my original review and leaned-in to get our refrigerator fixed. It did end up taking several visits and two repairs, but once they determined the source of the problem they worked with sub zero to get the correct parts and sent over experienced technicians to make the repair. ***** Mr appliance was the service provider given to us by Sub Zero to fix a fridge that was purchased only six months ago. We are disappointed in the service. I don’t have a lot of confidence that Mr appliance actually knows what is wrong with our refrigerator. It’s been a week since we originally called and we are no closer to have a working refrigerator than we were the day it broke. We’ve had two service people out to the house and ow they are telling us we have to wait another three days for a third person to come and assess the situation. Also, you literally can’t talk to anyone other than an operator when you call them - it’s frustrating to have someone answer the phone, rush to end the call, and then have to wait for a call back. If you are working when they call and miss them…you have to call back thru the operator and wait again for the callback.

Our service technician showed up on time and provided a 20 min advance notice of his arrival. He was professional and cleared my issue and we are hoping this issue does not return.

Excellent Service. Technician quickly diagnosed faulty vent on dishwasher and ordered part and came back 2 days later and installed. Very professional.

I was having problems with my 26 year-old subzero refrigerator. I had a technician come out and take a look. We decided that it need to be overhauled. Sammy came out a week later and in within five minutes, he had diagnosed the exact problem with the refrigerator, which was a major one he told me what would need to be done and how much it would cost. I thought it was a fair price. He came yesterday and did the work. It only took him three hours and he had estimated it would take six. The refrigerator works fine now Sammy was such a pro very sharp guy. He really knows what he’s doing. I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend my Mr. appliance to anyone who needs refrigerator maintenance, especially for subzero.

Despite the busy schedule for the day I called, Mr. Appliance was able to send a technician to our house to diagnosis the problem with our sub-zero refrigerator. Fearing the worst and envisioning have to replace our refrigerator which is an older model, Daniel was able to quickly determine the problem and ordered the parts for repair. He came back a week later with the parts and fixed the problem. What a relief. Daniel is very knowledgeable in his field and has a lot of experience working on sub zero refrigerators and many other brands. Great customer service!! Thank you Daniel!!
