The repair technician was very knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. He then left to pick up the needed part, repaired the machine, and I was able to finish my laundry the same day.

Our dryer is a Speed Queen Commercial Heat Duty, stopped drying our clothes. We called Mr. appliance and set an appointment 2-days out. The technician arrived on schedule, diagnosed the symptom (heating element needed to be replaced) and gave us several options to compete the repair. We chose the quickest option, and he got the part and replaced it that same day!

Everything from contacting their business, the personnel I worked with, to scheduling the appointment, to the quality of the work completed, to paying the bill was professional, efficient, courteous, and what I was told up front.
