Our Bosch fridge broke on us and even though we had to get the replacement parts shipped overnight from different authorized service provider, Mr Appliance NYC sent a tech out the day after we got the parts. The earliest a bosch tech could come out was in a week and a half.. We received our service window the day before with a picture of the tech who was coming into our home. Marcus came by within the service window and quickly went to work on fixing fridge. He knew what to do right away despite not being the one to diagnose the problem. Had the fridge working again asap. Thank you!!!

I was very happy with my experience with Mr Appliance. All my interactions with them from scheduling the appointment to communicating with the office were professional and timely and the technician who worked on my washing machine was extremely knowledgeable and very nice to deal with.

These guys are not the cheapest on the block, but they are responsive. They came when they said they ordered the part as needed, and the service man was pleasant clean and got the problem fixed.

I was very pleased with the quality of service. The technician who came was very professional. He first came to diagnose the problem with our Gaggenau refrigerator. He came back with another technician a few days later with the parts to fix the problem. They also cleaned the freezer, cleaned up the area where they worked and took out all the trash with them. The price was very reasonable, less than half the quote I received from another repair company. I will only use Mr. Appliance for all my future repair requirements and will highly recommend their service to anyone.
