Haymant was Excellent! He came to fix the handle on my new Miele Dishwasher which is only one month old. He was very knowledgeable about Miele Dishwashers and suggested using a descaler every 4 months to keep it very clean. He also services lots of other appliances and brands. We discussed my sub zero viking refrigerator and he knew exactly what needed to be done to keep it running efficiently! I will have him come back to service it to keep it in tip top shape. Haymant is so knowledgeable about many Brands and I would not hesitate to have him come back to service all my appliances‼️He is a true find and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Our Gaggenau refrigerator’s ice maker suddenly stopped working. I was able to easily schedule an appointment with Mr Appliance to diagnose problem. The ice maker had failed and needed to be replaced which they were able to do two days later. Technicians were knowledgeable and very professional. Would definitely recommend their work.
