You have the option to make an appointment via phone or online. Jonathan was able to come out the next day and diagnose the problem with our dryer. He came back later that afternoon, removed the damaged parts and showed me the issue. He also repaired the dryer the same day. He was very nice, professional, and efficient. We’re thankful for this prompt service and for a very knowledgeable technician!

I have a Thor gas range that was already installed in a house i moved into. Apparently, not many people service them, but Mr. Appliance of Oconee was suggested and I’m very glad they were. Ricky came out and did a great job fixing us up. He is very friendly, professional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
