My repair tech, Joel, did an amazing job! My dishwasher’s drain pump had crapped out for some reason and after trying to do all at home repairs I could, I realised that the issue was inside the unit, which is outside my skill range; so I called Mr. Appliance. Joel came out and tried doing the same things I did at first, just to double check them, and once he made sure nothing else was causing this issue, he decided to test the drain pump. He decided to check a new one, in case it really did need replacing, and once he plugged the new pump in, I heard the sound of the drain for the first time in months! The only real downside was the total cost being ~$400 for the replacement pump and repair, but, considering I’ve had this dishwasher for 7 years and this was it’s first repair, I’m content with paying $400 for another 7 years of it working. Thanks Joel, and Mr.Appliance, for finally freeing me of months of being forced to hand wash a small family’s worth of dishes every night and morning!

Words can explain how amazing this company is how professional their technicians are how prompt and efficient their services unfortunately we hired a company that was nowhere near the level of Mr appliance in fact we had to hire Mr appliance to come and fix what the other company ruined I am so thankful for Eric Larios The technician who came today and fixed my world.
