Great service and better price than expected

Great experience! Initial fee went towards the total cost. The technician was very knowledgeable and had no issue explaining the problem to both my husband and I, separately. We are very happy with the service we received.

Appointment times were communicated well in advance of maintenance. Calls were made to us when technician was on his way to our residence. Suggestions were relayed by technician about techniques to use with our dishwasher helping to avoid future problems. We felt very confident and comfortable with the entire process.

Even though he didn't fix my Samsung washer (never buy Samsung washer or dryer) Joel was honest with me about the repair cost. He explained what the repairs would be and the cost would come out to twice what a new washer costs. He even made some recommendations as to a reliable brand. Thanks Joel!
