I had a KitchenAid stand mixer that KitchenAid repair made worse. It originally needed grease and seals because it was leaking. No other issues. KitchenAid said nobody in Florida did repairs so I paid and sent it in to KitchenAid facility. They said it didn't need grease and just needed seals and a new control board. It came sounding awful and for a cost of $150 it came back worse than it was before. So I called around more. Mr Appliance got it fixed. The lack of grease had caused the gears to become damaged in the one day I had it back from KitchenAid. It took a bit to get parts, but Mr Appliance communicated well and delivered the unit back by hand to verify function at my home. Wonderful to have my mixer back. The online reviews about KitchenAid repair are correct, never send it in. This is the place to go.

Mr. Appliance keeps your appliances going for a long time. They kept our washer and dryer going until the parts were no longer sold. They recently worked on our dishwasher again. So thankful I don’t have to buy a new one yet.

Mr. Appliance is a great resource if you are having a problem with any appliance. I have used them twice and both times the repairman have been knowledgable and they fixed my issue. I like the timely way I am able to get on the schedule. I also like that they will schedule an appointment with a 2 hour window and not all day like the cable guy. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.
