The technician arrived right on time, figured out the problem quickly, had the new part in his vehicle, and replaced it in a few minutes. He also took pictures and videos to show me the problem. He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.

We have had Mr. Appliance for fix several of our major appliances including an oven, a refrigerator, and a dryer. The repair personnel always come when promised, typically in less than a day. They stand by their warranty. We are very pleased with the service.
