Very professional and fast! Our repair person was very nice and knew what was wrong with our oven right away, got the part and fixed.
Our technician, Devon was great. He is very knowledgable and helpful and fixed our issue with our washer. We will use them again.
Rich, at Mr. Appliance performed an excellent repair job on my GE Profile dishwasher. He replaced computer boards and a wire harness. He was pleasant and patient. Especially when a particular GE part was shipped 'defective' to his company, he made sure to let GE know about it, AND got the proper part to complete the job successfully.
Rich was very patient and professional even though the repair took 2 visits and several parts. The dryer is working great so far. I'm a 100% satisfied.

Worth the price. We had service from another company we got a washer machine from. Back to back with this company. They were by far the most informative, patient, and overall had the best customer service. These are people you can trust the work of.

Very easy to use Mr. Appliance of Pasco County. When calling the receptionist was very professional, clear and friendly. The amount of available appointment times made it very easy to work around my schedule. Richard, the tech was knowledgably, professional and informative. My refrigerator stopped running and made a call to Mr. Appliance and within a few hours the friendly repairman came out and diagnosed the issue within minutes and made the repair. I would highly recommend using Mr. Appliance for any issues you have.
