Making the appointment was easy and fast. Zach Lakey (service technician) showed up on time and was very courteous, respectful in keeping our house clean, professional, and very knowledgable about appliances. He was able to repair the old refrigerator quickly and instruct me on how to maintain it. I couldn't be more pleased with the Mr. Appliance service.
