Mr. Appliance's Technician identified our washer problem on the 1st visit and fixed on the 2nd visit when he had the part. The technician was on time and the company communications were accurate.

2 compliments: Dominae had us scheduled within a few days for our 12 year old F&P drawer D/W for repair...she was confident that even though this model is no longer made, it could likely be repaired. She was equally as enthusiastic to get us scheduled now that the parts arrived less than a week from ordering. She made this an easy task working around my work schedule. Andrew, the technician, called 30" ahead of appointment to confirm it was OK to examine the D/W. He was more than polite and professional, despite an overly friendly dog... Andrew asked about our issues, if we had any other services done (Bob, now retired from Mr. A., repaired this unit 3 times previously in 10 years, all minor things). Andrew assessed the problems, confirmed the default error codes, mentioned he needed to call F&P right away as the call-center was in Australia and would be closing soon. On the phone, he was clear & concise, and all business... explaining a second time to their tech support. He was polite and professional, "explaining back" the instructions and part numbers as he further diagnosed this electrical issue. After the call, he explained that he and the F&P tech were confident this unit was repairable. He explained what units needed replaced and why. He discussed the cost of each unit and how they interface with each other to ensure their collective function. We approved the the repair costs, he explained how the service call would be part of the repair bill upon agreeing to go forward. Like Bob in the 10 previous years, Andrew did not disappoint! I am so very grateful that somehow, Mr. Appliance of Pittsburgh, found TWO terrifically talented repairmen, and they found their way to our house. We had a good experience with this company. Everyone is very nice and easy to work with. Josh came and diagnosed our issue with the warming drawer ordered the part and came back put it in and it is working perfectly. Very appreciative especially with the holidays coming up. 5 stars

The Mr. Appliance team did an excellent job getting our washing machine back up and running. Kenny was very helpful with scheduling the repair and Deepak did an outstanding job of accurately diagnosing the failed control board and fixing the problem. I highly recommend contacting Mr. Appliance for any home appliance repairs!

Very happy with my scheduling and service experience with Mr. Appliance. They were friendly, helpful and always available (phone and text) to discuss the job, which ended up requiring several visits to fix the issues with my washer and dryer. Would definitely call them again for future repairs.
