The kegerator in our outdoor kitchen wasn’t working & this was the only place that could track down the parts needed. Jordon came out twice - once to determine the exact parts needed & then came back to fix it. He was very professional. Not only did the part come in a couple weeks early, but he also fixed the door to our outdoor refrigerator. I highly recommend this company, they were great!

After a previous appliance service call with Technician Chad, we scheduled a preventative maintenance service for our front load washer and dryer and requested Service Technician Chad to return. Chad arrived within the service time scheduled and was as friendly, professional and informative as before. He informed me of every aspect of his preventative maintenance service check and provided tips on keeping my washer and dryer clean and operational. He reassembled the dryer and cleaned the washer door seal with a handheld steam cleaner opposed to using any chemical detergents that could get into the wash cycle. Chad thoroughly cleaned his work area and answered any questions of me. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance and Service Technician Chad. Cal Walton
