Repairman was polite and was early for his appt. When finished with the repair, he showed me what had been done and was on his way. I was very satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend him.

Mr. Appliance has knowledgeable skilled workers. They’re professionals. They will stay in touch with you throughout the process. And most importantly they send a photo of the technician who will come to your house. My tech was great and friendly😊

My assigned technician, Eric, arrived on time and got right to work. He tried a Hail Mary fix by forcing a firmware update when the system was showing two defective parts. It worked!

Working with Mr. Appliance in Poplar Bluff was so easy and relieved the stress of coping with an ailing appliance! Each time I had to call they answered promptly and were able to schedule a service check or get back to me with answers within a few hours of my call. Frank with Mr. Appliance was very cordial and easy to work with too. He went the 2nd mile on our behalf to get our 6 year old Kenmore refrigerator working again! We were kept well informed about arrival times of the parts they ordered for us as well as exactly when Frank would arrive each time he needed to come. We really appreciate the service of our local Mr. Appliance!
