Was able to book appointment easily on line over the weekend. Was sent two confirmation messages, one which included information and a photo of our technician. Adrianne was knowledgeable, efficient and very neat - got our frig back up and working. Great job!! Thank you!!!!

Reapairman showed up as promised ands on time. Repair was minimal so I was only charged the lowest cost. Very helpful.

The first call was to see the problem. We hired them to do the job and they came out promptly, once the parts were in. They called to say they'd actually be EARLY, what? No one is ever early! I received text messages with the status update as well as a picture of the technician that was coming to our home. TOP NOTCH COMPANY! And to think, I got their # while sitting at a red light.

I love their communication and their attention to detail. After you make an appointment they confirm it and even send you a picture of the technician that will be working on your appliance. Then I received another text on the day of my appointment advising me Matt, our technician was on the way. Matt put coverings over his shoes and went to work on our dryer. He was very professional and explained our problem thoroughly. Our experience with them was very good and will use them again in the future. We also used Mr. Appliance to clean our dryer vents with the same type of service by Peter. Great job by both.

We had Adrienne over to look at our refrigerator. She was very knowledgeable and explained that our frig was not repairable. She was delightful!
