I would like to give a huge thank you to everyone at Mr. Appliance for assisting me with fixing my LG washing machine in a timely manner. Tonja is beyond competent, in fact she is a rockstar. Hiram the technician who came to my house was beyond helpful and professional. James, Jim, and Stephan all 3 stepped in when LG was giving me a difficult time with my warranty. Not only did Mr. Appliance support me with LG, they also did it promptly and professionally and had my washing machine up and running within 7 business days. And I’m sure it would have been completed faster if it wasn’t for LG being difficult. In conclusion, I highly recommend Mr. Appliance !

When my dishwasher broke, I called Mr. Appliance. They arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. When I okayed what they planned to do, they ordered the replacement parts and repaired my dishwasher in a timely fashion. Derrick was super knowledgeable and very polite. I am very relieved I chose them, because it’s like I have a brand new dishwasher now! I totally recommend Mr.Appliance!
