It is with pleasure that I write this 5 star review. This company was referred to me by Perlick Corp as one of their most reliable service dealers. Duane provided next day service and gave me a 2 hour window that his technician would arrive to clean and sanitize my free standing ice maker…(see photo).. Sure enough, the tech arrived within the promised time slot. Donte, the service tech was very knowledgeable and communicative about what the parts were and their function. He was very thorough and worked efficiently. I would call this company again for any house appliances servicing.

Donte the repair technician arrived within the appointment window. He diagnosed the problem with my Amana washer, and had to order a new electronic control board. Came back 3 days later to install it, after the part was delivered to the home office. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He kept me informed of every aspect of the work he was performing. Would utilize their services again if needed.

Our Bosch Dishwasher had ER15 indicating a leak. Mr. Appliance came within 40 minutes. Though it took almost 3 weeks for repair (parts had to be ordered), the communucation was prompt and Donte and Oscar were professional, knowledgable and pleasant. The cost for the repair was reasonable. The one year warranty is a plus

Mr. Appliance provided great service. The technician was friendly and competent. He did a great job repairing my dishwasher and evaluating my gas cooktop. I highly recommend this company. Oscar of Mr Appliance of Ramona serviced our 2021 Kitchen Aide Refrigerator this month, March 2025. I am impressed by Oscar's business attitude of "can do" and his prompt communications, his willingness to work with our schedule and his expertise in repair. He was very professional, friendly and fast. The cost of repair was reasonable and discussed with us before hand. I will be using Oscar again when necessary.
