Mr. Appliance provided great service. The technician was friendly and competent. He did a great job repairing my dishwasher and evaluating my gas cooktop. I highly recommend this company. They responded quickly and the repair was completed in a few days. It took a little while because they had to order a part. I’m really happy with the service and highly recommend them.

Oscar of Mr Appliance of Ramona serviced our 2021 Kitchen Aide Refrigerator this month, March 2025. I am impressed by Oscar's business attitude of "can do" and his prompt communications, his willingness to work with our schedule and his expertise in repair. He was very professional, friendly and fast. The cost of repair was reasonable and discussed with us before hand. I will be using Oscar again when necessary.

Mr. Appliance is the best!! I have had the pleasure to work with Donte on several occasions for various repairs in a residence and his work is simply stellar. Jose came and was able to diagnose the problem and order the correct part for my Subzero freezer. He came back to install the part and everything is working like it should.

Our Bosch refrigerator stopped cooling and Mr Appliance got it working again with a new compressor. Three months later it was on the blink again. Mr Appliance honored their year warranty on repairing the refrigerator once again even though the repair appeared unrelated to the original repair. They also fit me in on their schedule even though they were already swamped with work. It is a good company that honors its commitments. The techs are professional, clean and trustworthy. They do good work!
