Chris was professional on time explained everything and show me the problem was leaking at on my LG front loader washer and I also had them make sure dryer was working good and had them clean out lint.

The technician that came out for the repair was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the issue. He showed me that the part that needed to be replaced was no longer in stock. However, he did the best that he could to get it working for the time being. His recommendation was to eventually purchase a new stove and I agreed.

Your technician Chris was great! He explained what he was doing and what he was testing for every step of the way. Our dishwasher is now operational. We are repeat customers. Every technician Mr Appliance has sent to us have been as professional and knowledgeable as Chris. It is nice to know that we can get timely and honest service whenever we call. The repairman, Andy, arrived when promised and quickly assessed the problem and was able to replace the belt and rollers. He was friendly and had some great tips on keeping the dryer working well. I will definitely be calling them back for other major appliance repairs.

First repairman did not understand my problem. I talked to the owner, and the second repairman understood perfectly, and took care of it. I really appreciated the responsiveness to my issue after the first visit.

We had Andy from Mr. Appliance to our home 2 days ago. He came to check out why our Thermador double wall ovens were not working. He arrived on time and worked for an hour doing diagnostic testing. The error code on the display suggested that the cooling fan needed to be replaced, but Andy found an issue that he thought was the culprit. During his testing he found out that we were not getting a full 220v to the oven. He suggested that we contact an electrician to rectify the electrical issue before ordering parts or doing anything further on the "repair" of the oven. We had an electrician out that same day who found that there was a melted wire cap at a connection in the junction box that interfered with the 220v connection. After replacing the damaged wire cap, we started my ovens and they've been working ever since. I so appreciate Andy's knowledge and understanding that we should check the electrical issue first as he didn't want us to have had to order and replace expensive parts if it were not necessary.
