Mr. Appliance was a wonderful experience. I was able to get an appointment on the day I called. Miguel and Danny were excellent! They called and came over even earlier than my appointment. Miguel explained exactly what was happening with my stove and reassured me I could still use it until the parts were replace. Another technician, Edwin I think, returned the following week at my convenience and replace the 2-parts and he was wonderful as well. The guys are very knowledgeable, do an excellent job and take care to leave your apartment in good condition. I was so happy to find Mr. Appliance and will reach out for all my appliance needs. I recommend highly.

Mr. Appliance is possibly one of the last companies around that actually keeps appointments, has well trained and courteous employees who know what they are doing and take pride in doing their job well. It is a relief to know that there is a place I can call with confidence when something goes wrong with an appliance.

I had the best experience with Mr. Appliance , they didn’t disappoint at all!! So my lg washer had basically blew and I was so determined to get it fixed due to the fact that my late mom purchased it for me as a house warming gift. I searched for anybody to come fix my machine and when I tell you the guys that came to my house was so helpful omg I can cry , 3 weeks without my washer not working and the 2 guys that came , I can’t remember their names but if they are reading this they know who I’m talking about MADE SURE TODAY MY WASHER WAS FIXED AND I’M SO HAPPY OMG!!!! The fact that they made me a priority every time they came just made me hopeful and I can’t thank them enough! Thank you so much for your services ❤️❤️❤️

Jogi, Miguel and the crew are great. When things go wrong, they're there! They fixed our ice maker, and just this month fixed our dishwasher which was leaking water on the floor. Great guys, and I totally recommend them.

The service persons were very friendly and efficient, and communication with them and with the company was very good. They had ordered a piece (an igniter) for a ten plus year old oven and they discovered it was defective and had to order another one immediately, which resulted in a slight delay in installation. Very good service.

Jogi sent one of his technicians over on Christmas Eve to fix my stove's oven and broiler, which I really needed so I could cook dinner for my friends the following day.
