I used this service for my garage fridge that wasn’t cooling and for an extremely loud clothes dryer. Quick, accurate diagnosis on fridge, fixed with new compressor relay starter or some such thing. He thought dryer needed new rollers (didn’t take it all apart to diagnose). When installing the rollers he found actual problem was motor (or maybe the motor housing, don’t remember). In any case the repair price is contracted up front. So I got new rollers and the motor fix without paying extra. I thought the prices were very reasonable and it was obvious that the repair man knew exactly what he was doing.

Came to do an estimate the next day, was on time. The part came in a couple of days later, came back right away. Whole time from when I called to when my dishwasher was fixed was just 3 or 4 business days total. Definitely will call them again if I have another appliance that needs fixing!!

Mr Appliance was very accommodating and were able to schedule my appointment the next day after calling where other places wouldn’t service because the item wasn’t bought from their store to other places being over a week out to even be able to look at it.
