Very friendly and polite repairman. He also was very personable. "We were lucky to get our washing machine diagnosed the same day we called for an appointment. That was awesome.

Washing machine was leaking around the bellows. I called Mr Appliance on Monday morning. Courteous person answered the phone. Gave her the model number and problem. She said she would get back to me for a quote. Only 10 minutes later, she called back with a quote which was quite reasonable. She also stated veterans get a discount which I thought was great. Scheduled for repair for a Thursday afternoon. Received email confirmation. On Tuesday was called and she stated that there was an opening on Wednesday which we agreed to. Again, email confirmation with a photo (Zachary) who would be therebetween 12:30 -2:30. He called at about 1 pm and stated he was on his way. Arrived at about 1:30 and repair completed by 2:15. He noticed drain hose was too deep into the house drain so he made an adjustment. He showed me where the washer drain filter was and cleaned it. Zachary was professional and Courteous and answered all my questions. Hope to have him should I need another technician in the future. With the courtesy and fast handling of the office and actually the whole process. I would rate this SIX STARS. Thank you Mr Appliance of Rockingham County for an exceptional repair experience.

Came quickly, diagnosed the problem, got the replacement part quickly. They stuck with the estimate quoted even though the job took a little longer. Price was reasonable.

Daron fixed it after correctly identifying the malfunctioning components in my GE Advantium microwave. The cost was quit reasonable and far cheaper than buying a new one.. by ~90%

This was my first experience with Mr. Appliance. I had an issue with my dishwasher. Very good customer service. Scheduling my appointment was easy. Zach, (tech), contacted me prior to his arrival, which was within the timeframe specified. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Gratefully, I was able to get a quick next day appointment! Zach arrived right on time, and called ahead of time as promised. He was thorough, knowledgeable and courteous - especially to my old dog was was being a nudge! :)
