I had an issue with the door of our dishwasher and the repairman was just great! First of all, he arrived on time and politely put on shoe covers because it had been raining! We thought that the issue was with the spring on the door and he said that he could reach out to the manufacturer to see if it could be replaced (the door would not lay flat when opened). Instead, he took the time to investigate further and saw that the door was pinching the water line. Sure enough, once he cleared that up, the door opened properly! If he had not been persistent and taken the time to find that, we would have eventually had a much worse problem on our hands! Thank you so much!!

Salem appliance was really easy to work with. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly which I was so appreciative of. The technician (Miri) was knowledgeable, fixed my issue quickly, left the area neat and clean and was respectful. I was so pleased overall would definitely use them again.

I was very impressed and pleased with the professionalism, promptness and knowledge of Giuseppe, the technician from Mr. Appliance of Salem. Our month and half old Bosch dishwasher detected a leak and went into a continuous mode of pumping the water from the base of dishwasher. Turns out it was a defective water valve that wasn’t shutting which caused the overflow into the collection tray beneath the dishwasher. I called Mr. Appliance on a Monday afternoon. They were able to send the technician the next day who promptly diagnosed the issue. They had the replacement part on another van in the area and he was kind enough to come back on Tuesday late afternoon to finish the job and ran another diagnostic to make sure nothing else was wrong. Given that it was a defective part, the repair was covered by the 1-year warranty on the dishwasher. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Salem, and if you can, ask for Giuseppe. He was a pleasure to deal with, knew his stuff, and was extremely professional.
