Excellent and timely work. Jesse was able to diagnose the issue with our dryer rather quickly and even had a replacement part on hand. He even showed me the faulty part. Very honest and tidy work. Will definitely be using Mr. Appliance in the future for our repairs.

Office staff were friendly and helpful (Brenda and Elijah), as was the tech ( Manuel). He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly and returned to install the dishwasher drain pump as planned. Communication was great. It’s working perfectly!
