Our refrigerator was making a noise, we called Mr. Appliance they came out, cleaned the compressor, showed us how to put back the drawers right in the refrigerator. The tech that came to our house was very nice. We will use Mr. Appliance again when we have a problem.

First time having to call a service company in a very long time. Very happy with the entire service procedure. 1. Contact Phone Contact was very quick and easy. Young lady on the phone was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. 2. Service Through text messages, my appointment window was verified and a picture of the tech was sent. The arrival time was pretty much right at the start of the window. The tech's name was Richard. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He listened to what the symptoms were, dryer not heating, diagnosed and repaired the problem. He also made a couple of other adjustments. Dryer is back to working order and running great. Bottom line, very good to deal with. GREAT JOB FOLKS!!!

My refrigerator repair by Mr. Appliance was smooth from start to finish. It was easy to schedule quick service. The repair man, Scott, was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose our issue and repair it. I felt the price was reasonable.

Mr. Angel Gonzalez was my service professional who came to my home to repair my gas range. I have been smelling gas for 2 years from a burner. After 4 service visits from the manufacturer and one visit from the gas company I gave up. Then I called the gas company again who found the leak. Angel also verified the leak and cleaned the part and tightened the connection and tested before and after several times. He wanted to ensure he left me with a range that wasn’t leaking. And he did. I would recommend Mr. Appliance and Angel to anyone who has an appliance problem.

Ryan that came was awesome knew right away what was wrong and had the part with him and fixed right away. Would highly recommend this company, I have had them out for different appliances they have always done a great job. Very professional.

First time using this company. They were definitely more expensive than some of the other places we've used before or called, but they were able to come out much sooner. We did not move forward with a repair, but the technician was very nice.

Quick and efficient work! I booked an appointment online and they came the next day. The will send a text with a picture of your technician and a 2 hour time frame. Had to wait a few days after to receive a part but overall it was a very easy process. Slightly expensive but what isn’t these days! I would use them again in the future.
