The person on the phone was very nice. She let me know when the service man would be here and he was on time. He did a good job and instantly knew what the problem was. He had to order the part and came back out with it in a day or two. We have used this repair place before for our washer. Not the same person but he told us with the washer to buy a new one because to fix it would cost too much. Both of them were very honest and knowledgeable.

The service tech was very courteous and very knowledgeable. After a small amount of troubleshooting he found the problem, fixed it on the spot and cleaned behind my oven. He was awesome! I would recommend to anyone.

Got a call from receptionist ahead of repairman with arrival info, I like that. Repairman showed up on time. Jerry dug right in and looked for reason why dryer was making a loud noise. Found an issue and fixed it. He did have to take a lot off the dryer so it did take about 2 hours to fix it. Charge for service wasn’t outrageous, so I would call again.
