Easy and straightforward process. They sent someone out within a few hours of me calling. Drew had the issue diagnosed and a plan in place to get the problem resolved that day. Everything including price for work done was transparent and it was all effectively communicated throughout the process. I would highly recommend.

Front loading LG Washer leaking from bottom. Contacted another company and the scheduling was a nightmare and delayed repair by a week. Mr Appliance had a very quick response time, and they identified the problem fairly quickly as being the water intake unit. I have nothing to compare the cost of the repair to, just know it was less than new washer. They tested other components to make sure they weren't ready to go. Professional and pleasant. Year warranty on part they replaced.
